At Vereya Hair, we take pride in our exceptional customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. Each hair order is meticulously inspected and double-checked in-house before leaving our factory in India to ensure consistency and quality. As the only company that produces hair extensions at the source, we are committed to providing you with the best product.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we offer the flexibility of an exchange only, excluding applicable shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
Very Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to confirm the correct length, color (which is naturally virgin tone), texture, and quality. We encourage you to examine the hair without cutting the zip ties or security seal or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction. Use a loop brush to check for shedding or tangling while the hair is still secured. After confirming your satisfaction, treat the hair with quality products before and after installation. If you have any doubts, get a second opinion from your hair stylist. Once the hair is used, our ability to assist is limited.
Exchange Policy: To request an exchange, you must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by emailing contact@vereya.hair or calling customer service at +91-8505010808 or mail: contact@vereya.hair.
We are here to help 7 days a week and respond within 24 hours. We accommodate replacements and exchanges within 7 days for all extensions that have not been opened, worn, washed, or tampered with. If your product meets these conditions, email us at contact@vereya.hair to initiate your exchange, and we will assist you further.
Please Note: Products purchased during a sale, custom-ordered items, closures, frontals, 360 frontals, lace wigs, clip-ins, bulk hair, and weaves are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Requests for these items will not be entertained, including Payment disputes for such items.
Federal law and The Government of India prohibit the return of used human hair products. We adhere to strict hygiene policies for public safety. Opened items cannot be returned for the safety of all customers. Other hair extension suppliers also enforce similar policies.
To Qualify for an Exchange:
Additional Exchange Policy: If you no longer want the product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for both the return shipping charges and the new shipping charges for the replacement product. This includes packaging similar to the original order.

Please note: Chargebacks or Payment disputes without initially contacting Vereya Hair will result in the forfeiture of any exchanges or refunds.

We offer exchanges on unopened/unused hair extensions within 7 days of receipt.
Email us at contact@savitri.hair with your order details. We will provide instructions and an address for returning your product. Exchanges are only accepted if the merchandise remains unopened.
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, custom duties, and shipping charges for the replacement. We recommend using tracking and insurance for your return. Indicate “RETURN/EXCHANGE, NO DUTIES” on the package to avoid additional charges.
No. Contact us before sending your exchange to receive an RMA and correct return address. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed for items returned without prior contact.
Exchanges will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. You can only exchange once per original order.
Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products. Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons, in compliance with industry standards.
